Robert J. Germon, Lab Manager:  Robert graduated from Oglethorpe University in 1977 with a B.S. in Biology.  He has fifteen plus (15+) years experience in laboratory  methodology, quality assurance acceptance, physical properties testing and laboratory instrumentation.  During his fifteen plus years in the industry, he has acquired extensive experience in analyzing data and providing regulatory guidance for clients on PCB samples in various media.   His extensive experiences include but are not limited to Dissolved Gas-in-Oil tests and data interpretation, ASTM testing and  PCB analysis. Robert was employed by Safety Keen from 1992 to 2000 and with Clean Harbors from 2000-2003.  Aubrey Silvey Enterprises, Inc. hired Robert Germon to Manage  the PPM Testing Lab in December 2003. 

 

Brian K. Joyner, Lab Technician:  Brian graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1999 with a B.S. in Technical Management and an AA in Electronics.  Brian began his employment experiences with W. R. Grace (Davison Chemical) Inc. in 1979 as a process quality controller. In 1994 he joined Clean Harbors Environmental Inc. as a Chemical Analyst specializing in Dissolved Gas Analysis of transformer oil, ASTM fluid testing and PCB in Oil testing.  His duties included preparing and analyzing lab data results, report preparation and customer support.  Brian joined Aubrey Silvey Enterprises, Inc. in December 2003 to assist Robert Germon in starting the PPM Testing Lab.
